At Creative Studios Store, we are committed to delivering your premium studio furniture in perfect condition across the country. Please review our policies regarding domestic delivery and returns below.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our collection to creative professionals throughout the Continental United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within [3–5] business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order within the US.
  • Freight Delivery: Larger items (such as desks and credenzas) ship via specialized domestic freight carriers. These deliveries are typically "Curbside," meaning the carrier will deliver the item to the curb of your address.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress via our US carrier partners.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Furniture is large and heavy. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. * If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please take photos and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new workspace. If a piece doesn't quite fit your studio, we offer a [14-day or 30-day] return window from the date of delivery.
